Alex Green

Alex Green is a singer songwriter from Reading, previously the front man of the band Attention Thieves. He takes  inspiration artists within such genres as folk, country, blues and rock. In a short time he has had great support from BBC introducing and supported acts such as Declan Mckenna and Joe Brooks.

On Saturday 23rd April 2016 at 12pm Alex stood in the same square for 24 hours in Piccadilly Circus, London, to raise awareness of addiction and mental health. There were no breaks during the 24 hours plus he had to starve and dehydrate himself leading up to the stunt in order to make it happen.

The 24 hours were filmed and made in to a time lapse music video for his single “Travelled Far”. All profits from the single were donated to charity and the video received over 40k views within a week with national radio also playing the single.
