Delaire
Produced by Hight (Anne-Marie, Rita Ora, Tom Walker) and mastered by Idania Valenci (Sterling Sound leading female mastering engineer), North London based artist Delaire is set to release her euphoric new single ‘Something More’ on the 20 th of July ’18. Delaire explains that she wrote the upbeat number in a moment of frustration in which she wanted to seek more out of life: “It’s simply about wanting more from life when you're living in that daze of same old people, same old parties, same old routine. I think that's something a lot of us can relate to at some point in our lives”.
The dream-pop artist has previously collated solid support with the likes of MistaJam, DJ Target (BBC Radio1/1Xtra), Hunger Magazine and Spotify’s New Music Friday. Delaire was also invited by BBC Introducing to perform at the legendary Maida Vale Studios. Delaire has been busy collaborating with the industries finest over the past year; such as Liam Nolan, the 2 time Grammy award winner most notable for his work on Adele, Jackson Ducasse (Dua Lipa, Zara Larsson) and Laura Colada (Estee Lauder, Paper Magazine, LOVE Magazine).
Born and bred in the UK’s capital, Delaire grew up looking up to her dad as her biggest influence and inspiration. Working as a musician and songwriter, her father spent his youth on tour travelling with a number of bands including The Rolling Stones. Delaire is set to announce her latest Autumn London headline show this summer.
