South-London based Lyys [pronounced “Lies”] is an engaging new artist creating synth-pop for the heartbroken. Drawing on influences from Camera Obscura, Stevie Nicks and Bombay Bicycle Club, Lyys debut EP comes out this autumn. Dreamy synths mix with etherial harmonies, jangle-pop guitars, strict Bronski Beat drums and melodramatic melodies to build a despairing yet euphoric sound.
