We welcome you to an evening of music and performances in solidarity with the people of Gaza featuring Silai, moonchile and dirar kalash.

Silai is a writer, rapper and poet working across and between mediums. her poetry is mostly streams from the collective unconscious.

‘Reverie : Requiem’ is a performance piece utilising sound, interpretive
movement and narration, conceptualised by sound & visual artist moonchile.

Derived from a score of the same name, the composition is a conceptual journey through a liminal space, guiding the listener through passages of time, navigating themes of life, death and
the infinite.

This iteration features musicians:

Abi Asisa – Cello
moonchile – Guitar
Tony Ndukwu – Saxophone
poet Phoenix Yemi, weaving narration to the sonic tapestry.

dirar kalash is a Palestinian musician and sound artist whose work spans a wide range of musical and sonic practices.

We will do a donation to a charity in Gaza on the door: pay what you want/suggested amount £10 (charity TBC)
