Muttnik is a dynamic group of 3 young and experienced musicians, based in South London and all former graduates of Middlesex Jazz course. Welsh keys player, Jack Marshall, formed the group with drummer Tom Lagan and sax player Rich Muscat to share their collective love of music with a groove. While the band’s influences include Herbie Hancock’s Headhunters, Parliament, Lettuce, Vulfpeck and Troy Roberts, their eclectic and energetic performances cover music they love to play – from Funk, Reggae and Hip hop to Fusion, Prog rock and Jazz.
