Richard Melkonian is an award-winning London based Armenian-British composer graduated from Guildhall School of Music & Drama 2017. He was commissioned by Mahogany Group for the Various Stages Festival, and composed The Finding, a new operatic work by Zoe Palmer, directed by Lucy Bradley performed at the ICA 2017 for a chorus of mothers and their babies, mezzo-soprano and amplified solo Cello.

In 2018 he formed a production duo with breakthrough artist Jordan Rakei. Now he releases his first solo EP ‘Idem’ as a songwriter.

Beautiful Thing are a UK band led by Joe Bernie. They have been developing a strong following over the past two years and are known for their soaring vocals and big wide-screen sound. Here they will be performing as a stripped back duo. They have collaborated with Richard on an upcoming release, so good to get the family together on this one.

Starting out as a session guitarist, an invite to sing at Elton John’s house for a private event prompted Thomas to pursue his own music. Since then he has supported Michael Kiwanuka, performed his music live with chamber orchestras and toured the UK festival scene. Thomas has recently had a string of sold out shows at notable venues in London and has his sights set on international touring.
