Russell Joslin

London based singer-songwriter Russell Joslin launches his 4th studio album ‘Hey Mathematician’ with an intimate show at Dalston’s Servant Jazz Quarters. After touring mainland Europe extensively for the past 3 years this is a rare homecoming gig to showcase both the new album’s songs and the now fully road-tested duet between Russell and his Australian girlfriend and singing partner Sarah McCaig. Expect strong and confrontational songs, dark and intriguing harmonies and a spontaneous stage presence from this duet.

‘He reframes folk’s storytelling tradition and brings it kicking and screaming into the 21st century’ – Clickmusic.com

‘Explosive, hard hitting folk … a much-needed gust of fresh air into the British folk scene’ – Subba-cultcha.com
